Eating fast food too much!... break my habit!?
I eat fast food seriously almost every day, Im not over weight at all. I actually work out on a regular basis, and aside from fast food I eat relatively healthy... sounds a little weird doesnt it?... Its just fast food is SO good!.. and its just so easy to get it on my lunch break... and on the way to work. I can go for greasy fast food at any time of the day. Can someone please give me good advice and help me break this horrible gross habit.... I want real advice. I dont want answers that just say quotwell just dont go therequot... give me all the horrible advice about eating it. Thanks guys!

LOL. Habits are hard to break! Im glad you work out, so many people dont. I suggest that you work out a little bit more and walk or drive to the nearest Subway or deli counter in a grocery store. My guilty pleasure is mozzarella sticks and they give me great calcium and whatnot. brbrOr, go to the grocery store and stock up on healthy things enough for the workweek. The fast food prices have gone up, that might help to deter you a wee bit. If you really want to satisfy your craving for fast food, I suggest Wendys. Theyre a lot more healthful than BK or Mickey Ds. Their chicken nuggets are very good! brbrIts hard in todays world where theres a greasy fast food joint around the corner of everywhere, but try to limit yourself. Pack healthful lunches and give yourself a multivitamin everyday. It helps. Dont stop working out, though! brbrIf you go out with friends at night like I sometimes do, pack a dinner, or plan ahead to get to a nice decent restaurant. Life isnt all greasy fast food, there are plenty of great healthy places around. Good luck!
