i like eating ice..not much but i still do but i want to know if it causes you to get fat? because my aunt told me that it does so i really just want to find out...does it cause you to get fat or not????

Eating fast food too much!... break my habit!?
I eat fast food seriously almost every day, Im not over weight at all. I actually work out on a regular basis, and aside from fast food I eat relatively healthy... sounds a little weird doesnt it?... Its just fast food is SO good!.. and its just so easy to get it on my lunch break... and on the way to work. I can go for greasy fast food at any time of the day. Can someone please give me good advice and help me break this horrible gross habit.... I want real advice. LOL. Habits are hard to break! Im glad you work out, so many people dont. I suggest that you work out a little bit more and walk or drive to the nearest Subway or deli counter in a grocery store. My guilty pleasure is mozzarella sticks and they give me great calcium and whatnot. brbrOr, go to the grocery store and stock up on healthy things enough for the workweek. The fast food prices have gone up, that might help to deter you a wee bit. If you really want to satisfy your craving for fast food, I suggest Wendys. Theyre a lot more healthful than BK or Mickey Ds. Their chicken nuggets are very good! brbrIts hard in todays world where theres a greasy fast food joint around the corner of everywhere, but try to limit yourself. Pack healthful lunches and give yourself a multivitamin everyday. It helps. Dont stop working out, though! brbrIf you go out with friends at night like I sometimes do, pack a dinner, or plan ahead to get to a nice decent restaurant. Life isnt all greasy fast food, there are plenty of great healthy places around. Good luck!
Eating disorder but fat...?
Ok im and and weigh lbs. People have said that i have an eating disorder and that im too skinny, even though i swear im fat. In a normal day i drink just mineral water, and consume around calories. If i ever have more than calories i make myself puke it up. For exercise, today i did miles on my bike, sit ups and burnt calories on my parents treadmill. I try to skip meals all the time, and exercise when its a meal time and say im going to a friends house for dinner and stuff. When i look in a mirror all i see is fat hanging off me. Im so desperate to loose weight and get rid of the voices in my head. They tell me not to eat because im fat, and they tell me to make myself ill and exercise. The voices never go away, they are controlling my whole entire life. Do you think this could be an eating disorder? or just fat?

Dont worry about it. The same thing happens to me sometimes, weird stomach pains after a night of drinking. Take some tums if you have it and maybe an ibuprofen if it feels crampy at all sometimes it does for me and drink some water. Also try to eat something light, like a bagel or some crackers, that usually helps me.

Yes, I do wear a bra to bed. I usually wear my pajamas about a half hour before I actually go to bed, so I feel self conscious walking around with nothing but a shirt over my breasts.
